In the bustling metropolis of Q City, a corporation known as NINACORP rules over every facet of life to a disturbing degree. But when night fell, an unnamed group of thieves made the following announcement: "We shall be taking our city back. In 9 hours, we shall be the ones on top."
An EMP bomb was then launched, completely flipping this tech-reliant city on its head.
9 thieves is a project to design original characters meant to be depicted in a story told through Vocaloid music videos, similar to Kagerou Project or Milgram. Each MV would tell the story from each of the thieves' perspectives as they commence their heist.
