There’s a Chinese saying “以茶代酒”, which means using tea as a substitute for alcohol. You can choose to replace wine with tea and in this concept choose to replace wine with our Chinese tea kombucha. The product packaging design and the flavors of the teas are based on 花中四大君子 which are plants that have metaphors for 4 different high qualities gentlemen should have, often used in ancient Chinese poetry. 梅 (méi) plum blossoms representing perseverance, 蘭 (lán) orchids representing humbleness, 竹 (zhú) bamboos representing elegance, and 菊 (jú) chrysanthemums representing tranquillity.
