Dermal Abyss is a tattoo ink company that specializes in medical tattoo ink. The purpose of this ink is for diabetics that want an alternative way to monitor their blood sugar. This ink works by changing from a dark color to a lighter color depending on a persons blood sugar level. 

The original ink color available is a dark green that becomes a lighter green as blood sugar increases. For this reason the logo was given a darker green color for the lower half of the logo. The upper half has a lighter to darker green gradient in order to both show the change in ink color as well as use the word abyss as a means of showing the light green coming out of the "abyss". Simultaneously, the D and the A for the company name are being used in the logo.
