Future state journey “Employee Experience" for vendor selection of a new HR platform for Rabobank international.
Conducting stakeholder interviews to determine the strategy. Facilitated co-creation design thinking workshops with stakeholders and employees. Mapping the results of the interviews and workshops outcomes in the as is journey. This resulted new insights of business recruitments and needs of employees that uses the HR services globally.
Creating user personas to determine a new HR future state journey that included concepts outcomes from co-creation workshops. The personas came out research and are based on real use-cases that we found during research phase. Developed concept solutions and mapped technical dependencies to orchestra overlap and patterns in the journeys for the best possible use cases.
We designed a graphic mapping as a vision that was presented to the board of Rabobank. This artefact has been used for selection for a new HR vendor that has implemented successful over the last couple of years globally.
