The Process
For my plasma cut sign, I chose to do the shape of a horseshoe. This was accomplished by 3D modeling a stand, base and design in Fusion 360, cutting it out on the plasma cutter, using an angle grinder to make the edges smooth and remove dirt, powder coating matte black, and fastening together with pop rivets.
