Directed by José Durán

A work commissioned by director, José Durán. I was asked to create a "simple, black and white movie poster with illustrated pen and ink design." They wanted the poster to be reminiscent of the beginning of the main character's story.

Desire Paths follows Mateo, a mediator in his early thirties. The movie starts off when Mateo visits a fortune teller with a feeling that he is going to die soon. After the fortune teller’s vague and mysterious revelations, Mateo wakes up on the street, bleeding and confused. Everyone seems to have vanished from the city. He wanders the ghost town aimlessly until he encounters people from his past, people he had long lost contact with. He must now confront his past as he tries to salvage what was left of the relationships with his mother and ex-lover in order to find some closure before his passing.
