A new project in a modern style in the "Zapovednik" residential complex, Orel Park. We worked on this project for almost a year. On the first floor, there is a canopy for 2 cars, a garage for 2 cars, a utility block with a storage room, boiler room, toilet, and a separate block for the kitchen-living room-dining room with access to a terrace with a fireplace. The sleeping block has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with individual toilet facilities, a dressing room, and a terrace. On the second floor, there is a study, guest room, toilet, storage room, and laundry room. The rooms have access to a huge terrace located on a flat usable roof.

The facade is finished with ceramic granite, planks, plaster, and composite panels. An architectural lighting was installed to emphasize the expressiveness of the facade.
