Nymphenburg Palace, front view
Nymphenburg Palace, the 'back yard', a.k.a. the park area. This perspective shows the backside view of the palace's main building.
Amalienburg, one of the 4 'smaller' park palaces. The others are Badenburg, Pagodenburg, and Magdalenenklause.
The Botanical Garden of Munich is located on the palace's grounds.
Besides of being a greenhouse ... the building houses a casual indoor cafe and on warm days it opens its huge outdoor patio. It seems that most people come here for a coffee and to sit in on the patio and not to stroll through the greenhouse.
Nymphenburg Palace is a favorite spot for weddings.
