Cafétéria étudiante
Mobilier réalisé dans le cadre du réaménagement de la cafétéria étudiante du Palais Universitaire à Strasbourg.
Le projet se base sur la réutilisation de palettes de manutention afin de produire des tabourets hauts ainsi que des tables basses à coût réduit. Le bois est travaillé pour un confort d'utilisation mais l'intention est de garder l'aspect brut des matériaux avec un contraste entre le bois, parfois marqué par sa vie antérieure en temps que palette, et l'acier des cornières métalliques, utilisées comme pieds pour les tabourets et les tables basses.

Furniture created for the reorganization of the student cafeteria of the university of Strasbourg. This project is based on the re-utilisation of handling palettes to produce high stools and coffee tables of low price. The wood is polished for a comfortable use even if the intention is to keep the natural aspect of the different materials and to have this contrast between the wood, sometimes affected by its past life as a handling palette, and the steel of the corner iron, used as the legs for the stools and the coffee tables.
