Alpine Empire was a snowboard brand similar to that of Burton, created by myself as part of my AS Graphic Design final piece. Part of this final piece was to produce a piece packaging that reflected our brand and the product we were trying to sell. In my case, it was snowboard bindings. All designs had to keep to the theme of the four elements, as this is what was asked for by the examination board for all Art and Design based subjects when producing final pieces. I saw the link between Snowboarding and the four elements, and decided to create this. I created many varient logo designs, and ended up liking the one i used in my final piece the "Alpine Empire" and i experimented with many different packaging styles, and I ended up with this as my prefered piece.
