This work investigates the north of the river Stura in Turin, a complex territory. The aim is to bring out some characters to help and guide some decisions.
Through the tool of 'scenarios' is shown a density and articulation of uses, meanings, values, in a territory that can not be attributed only to a "territory of the river."
