Product Introduction: The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR analyzer is an in vitro diagnostic device. By rapid temperature amplification, real-time fluorescent signal acquisition, and software data processing, it can analyze and detect nucleic acids and can detect multiple targets simultaneously. Currently, similar products require 1-2 hours to obtain results, while this device uses rapid heating technology to shorten the entire detection time to about 30 minutes, greatly saving detection time and improving efficiency.
What we are bringing this time is a PCR analyzer that we collaborated on in 2021. After communicating with the customer, we have carried out a comprehensive product upgrade and transformation.
After analyzing the user experience, we made the following optimized designs:
1.Reduced disassembly costs and assembly difficulty;
2.Adopted a new sample structure to avoid dust accumulation affecting detection results;
3.Used a hidden heat dissipation method to improve heat dissipation performance;
4.Redesigned the internal stacking layout to reduce the product volume.
Design Refinement
In order to meet the design requirements of the customer, while also differentiating from similar products, we used a large number of sketches to come up with solutions. After multiple rounds of communication, we reached a result that satisfied all parties involved.
The sample chamber has been designed with dust-proof measures to ensure the accuracy of the detection results. The opening and closing mechanism is a press-to-open type, and the layout is compact with user-friendly interactive design.
Due to the use of rapid thermal detection technology, the product adopts a clever hidden design. The front bottom part is cut, which not only reduces the product volume, but also serves as an air intake area. The front and rear dual-channel heat dissipation design ensures stable operation of the equipment.
