VICLONE은 전염병에 민감한 사회인들의 건강을 지켜주기 위해 디자인된 스마트 워치로 바이러스가 탐지 영역 내에 접근하면 사용자에게 시각적,촉각적 피드백을 제공해 사용자에게 바이러스가 접근했음을 알립니다.

VICLONE is a smart watch designed to protect the health of infectious disease-sensitive people, and when the virus approaches within the detection area, it provides visual and tactile feedback to the user to inform them that the virus has approached.

코로나 19의 영향으로 바이러스에 대한 관심이 사회적으로 많아졌지만 사람들은 필수적으로 일상생활에서 다른 사람들을 많이 만나게 됩니다.

다른 사람들을 만나는 과정에서 사람들은 바이러스에 쉽게 노출되지만 자신이 지금 어떠한 위험에 처해 있는지 인지하기란 쉽지 않습니다.

사용자들의 일상생활을 안전하게 지켜주기 위해 '사용자들이 어떻게 위험을 인지할 수 있을까?'의 생각으로 제품의 콘셉트를 잡았습니다.

Due to the influence of COVID-19, interest in the virus has increased socially, but people essentially meet a lot of other people in their daily lives.
In the process of meeting other people, people are easily exposed to the virus, but it is not easy to recognize what kind of danger they are in right now.

To keep users' daily lives safe, how can users perceive risks?'That's how I got the concept of the product.

일상생활 중 사용자에게 바이러스의 존재를 알려 주기 위해서는 주변의 바이러스를 제품이 인식할 수 있어야 합니다.

제품이 바이러스를 인식할 수 있게 하기 위해 주변 공기와 물체들을 흡수하는 싸이클론에서 영감을 받아 프로젝트를 제작했습니다.

In order to inform users of the presence of viruses in their daily lives, the product must be able to recognize the surrounding viruses.
In order to make the product recognizable for the virus, we created a project inspired by cyclone that absorb the surrounding air and objects.

Sketch & Mock Up

시계의 사이즈를 측정해보기 위해 44mm와 40mm두 사이즈의 제품을 시제작해보고 조금 더 미니멀한 40mm사이즈로 제품의 사이즈를 선택했습니다.

To measure the size of the watch, we manufactured a product in two sizes, 44mm and 40mm, and chose the size of the product in a slightly more minimal size of 40mm.

Design Concept

사용자와 밀접하게 위치해야 하는 제품으로 '부드럽고, 둥근'이라는 키워드를 기반으로 디자인했습니다.

It is a product that must be located closely with the user and is designed based on the keyword 'soft, round.'

시계의 후면 센서를 통해 사용자의 건강 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다.

The rear sensor of the watch allows you to check the health of the user.

바이러스를 근처에서 감지하면 ui가 적색으로 변하며 바이러스를 감지한 위치, 바이러스에 대한 정보를 알려줍니다.

When a virus is detected nearby, the ui turns red and tells you where it was detected and information about the virus.

Product information

디스플레이와 몸체 사이의 공간을 통해 주변 공기를 흡수한 뒤 공기에서 바이러스를 검출해 내고 바이러스를 검출할 시 사용자에게 진동으로 피드백을 줍니다.

It absorbs surrounding air through the space between the display and the body, detects viruses in the air, and gives the user feedback with vibration.
