Refresh
This was an assignment for my Advanced Internet Design class in which we were asked to think about websites we used or needed to use daily or regularly but often found ourselves growing frustrated at the lack of UI or UX because of the design. I chose to refresh a government website in NZ that I don't use extremely often but still have a need for. I felt the current website was confusing, cluttered and over all not cohesive with it's design. My target audience was myself and other students so I focused on the student user journey to complete a task, the task was to find about any recent activity that has occured on your student loan account.
