Black Pepper Buns 

Black pepper buns are a popular street food in Taiwan and can be found at many night markets and street vendors throughout the country. The buns are made with a crispy crust and filled with a mixture of pork belly, scallions, and black pepper. They are often served hot and fresh out of the oven.
