The goal of this project was to experiment with different color palettes and explore its effects on a composition. The end result needed to clearly distinguish figure-ground relationships, individual elements, and effectively utilize contrast to develop a composition.

I illustrated a 1-point perspective drawing of an interior living space with seating, a fireplace, a spiral staircase, and accompanying decorations. Shading is influenced by light sources from above and from the right with the fireplace.
