This was a final-year group project done in collaboration with Diageo, in which we designed a new Guinness product concept.
Our aim here was to design a product to bring the magic of the Guinness Draught experience to the home. We focused on striking a balance between providing the authentic pint-pouring experience and creating a contemporary appliance for the modern home. We were also conscious of maintaining the standards and design language associated with the Guinness company.
The result is Guinness Home Draught, a refrigerating and dispensing unit based on the concept of the "Magic Behind the Gates".
