alfredo Magazine - Visual Identity 2023

alfredo, the magazine that eats pop culture
is a food magazine project completely powered by Rolling Stone Italia, born with the aim of talking about food with the irreverent tone of voice of its cousin Rolling Stone and to be characterized by pop aesthetics and a colorful identity.
His mission is to break down the borders of genres, creating a cultural recipe where music, movies, politics, TV and news are the ingredients for new amazing dishes.
The original logotype has been designed by Arkade Studio.
Collaborating with photographer Laura Baiardini (her IG) and set designer Paolino Lutri (his IG) we took some photos that represented the pop imagery of alfredo magazine at his best, inserting fettuccine everywhere, even in hot dogs. Then the pictures have been used to create some poster designs and gadgets for the magazine's launch party.
Identity application on the first five digital covers of the magazine (here's the full dedicated project).
On February the19th we made the official launch party of the magazine; with live acts by singers and stand up comedians, Dj sets and obviously lots of food. All the organization of the event has been provided by the We Are Lovers creative agency; here's some applications of the brand identity on the party's stands/setups.
