Hey, we are Dorfjungs.✌🏼We are a digital-first design studio from Karlsruhe (🇩🇪) that helps brands and people reach their next level. In 2023 we moved into a new office and relaunched our brand as a result of continuous growth within the last eight years of our journey.
Process
Corporate Design
The community based design approach of the rebranding process allowed us to tap into the different skillsets of all our designers and developers. Art Direction made sure the design stayed consistent during the phases when the rebranding process was opened to the entire team. By doing so, we created brand assets like stationary, business cards, presentation master slides, stickers and merchandise. In addition to that, we developed a new corporate imagery as well as 3D keyvisuals that represent our values and personality. The overall design plays into our strengths as a team while also following a precise and well constructed brand concept.
Website Relaunch
The main purpose of the website is to communicate our services and values to potential clients. We aimed towards a professional yet playful web experience full of gamification, animations and fun little details that showcase our digital expertise.
The new Dorfjungs. website features our latest case studies, our approach, all of our services, our values and all the team members. Gamification aspects like an easter egg hunt showcase our cheerful nature while also communicating our digital expertise. Microanimations, a reactive cursor, smooth scroll and impactful page transitions make for an exciting user experience. Similar to the design process, the development of the website combined the respective skillsets of all of our developers.
Creating a home
During our rebranding, we moved our office into a beautiful old building. We had the opportunity to make this place a home for our team. We applied the visual identity to our spacial concept and interior design. The result is a cohesive interior design, a signage system and corporate clothing.
The Dorfjungs. headquarter serves many purposes. It's a place of productivity, exchange and a home base for all our digital nomads. By creating a clean and decluttered interior concept, we were able to work with the unique style of the old building and make it our own. The cohesive color scheme of matte black, white, dark green and wood colors create a stylish work environment that feels surprisingly home-y. As a welcome gift, we embroidered black sweatshirts. The new brand identity is visible in all aspects of our daily work: From corporate clothing, stationary, our website and even to the logo sign outside of the building: The Dorfjungs. brand ties everything together and creates a feeling of being home for the entire team to identify with.
