In 2011 I embarked on a journey to the far east of Indonesia. To search for experience, to gain new persepective, and to know brothers and sisters I've never known before.
The photo journal took place in Akoubaida Village, Komopa District, West Papua. I was on my internship in a consultant firm, doing a CSR for an exploration company in Papua.

The southern entrance and exit in Akoubaida Village. Behind them lies a 2 days walk to the nearest town, Enarotali, a place where the villagers can buy rice.
