A few months ago, a chinese agency based in Shanghai and working with the french consulate contacted us to create a fresh and new illustration/poster for the "french music day" in Shanghai.
We never been to Shanghai , so the most difficult part was to represent Shanghai for the people who live there. We wanted to do something for the chinese people with an european touch.
We've decided to design the two symbols of Shanghai: the dragon and the emblematic city, with all these towers!
During the music festival, they presented our illustration during the artistic exhibition and our illustration have been really liked. It's was a great experience to work for a country with a different culture.
