"Stoff, Blut, Gold: In the Footsteps of Constance's Colonial Era"
For this university project we created an exhibition that aims to bring to light a forgotten yet significant history about colonialism and slave trade.
In the pursuit of the mythical "El Dorado," the city of Constance played a crucial role in the global slave trade and the colonization of the world. This exhibition showcases the research findings of cultural scientists at the University of Konstanz, brought to life through a temporary exhibition at the Kulturzentrum Konstanz in the summer of 2021.
The objective was to create a surprising, experimental, courageous, and expressive identity for the project, reflected in the exhibition's design and communication materials. As part of this effort, the task assigned to me was to design the flyer, create silhouettes for the internal and external exhibition, and develop signs for the city tour.
