This is my flower power. Peaceful protest. Resistance. Made from US military artillery, the largest cartridge is 18” tall, 35mm caliber. Super-sized American ammunition cases become vases with handcrafted flowers fashioned from acrylic paint swatches. A nod to images of Kent State students placing flowers into gun barrels as protest.
