A MODERN MEAT VENUE WITH A TOUCH OF OLD-TIME BRONX
 
A labour of love to find the perfect beef inspired Mr. Bronx to open his own Meat Workshop N86 in the neighborhood of peculiar Bronx. His attitude towards meat has never changed. Today, Workshop “86” became the “86 Meat Bar”, a contemporary twist on the classic steakhouse which offers you the best of culinary, architecture and art. It is built on a tradition & elegance that is relentless in the pursuit of the very best. At 86 Meat Bar we work intuitively with fire and seasonal ingredients. Our kitchen that is entirely powered by wood lets us burn a variety of woods daily to create embers which 
are then used to cook in a way that enhances the natural characteristics of the ingredients. 
 
“86 Meat Bar” stands for meat with a story.
