EN - This series of containers and centrepiece made with the skills of the Murano glassblowing industry derive from the ancient technique of “glass blown within a cage”. The glass blower blows the delicate, slender glass within a series of metal wire “cages”, each of which differs from the next, creating a transparent skin that takes on an absolutely individual form. Each object is thus a unique piece. (2011)
IT - Legami nasce dall’antica tecnica del “vetro soffiato in gabbia”. In una serie di “gabbie” in filo di metallo, una diversa dall’altra, il maestro vetraio soffia il delicato e sottile vetro creando una pelle trasparente che assume una forma assolutamente individuale. Ogni oggetto diventa così un pezzo unico. (2011)
