Loomidity is an unconventional passive, energy-free dehumidifier, designed for energy-poor circumstances. The product is capable of absorbing moisture from indoor air thanks to the presence of a material blend composed by activated charcoal - a natural moisture absorber - and calcium chloride, thanks to which humidity is transformed into water.

The product has been developed and prototyped @Politecnico di Milano during the Innovation Studio “Uncertain times” and was exhibited from January to February 2023 at ADI MUSEUM as part of the exhibition Energia. Design for evolving scenarios.
