The brand image that i want The Gourmet Burger Company to have is to offers 100% Organic products source only the freshest, finest tasting, traceable ingredients found in the local environment. This company is all about helping create sustainability for local people. But this I what make our restaurants so unique as each branch will have product sourced from its surrounding. Each restaurant also includes its own burger that relates to the town or city that its located in. Seen as the company is ‘Organic’, i would like to look a ways in which i can
empahsise this. A good way of showing this would be to use natural elements, such as wood.
