    Every three years in Germany all new cars are legally required to undergo the so called „Hauptuntersuchung“ or „HU“. An extensive technical inspection. This is the perfect opportunity for Volkswagen dealers to call attention on them self with a suitable service offer. Approximately 2 weeks before the inspection date the client receives a package from their dealer. There is a surprise image waiting in the unmistakable brown envelope. An A4 sized x ray of their Volkswagen which reminds the client of the coming examination and invites them to to do their inspection at the dealer. Every client receives an xray image of their volkswagen model. They are 18 versions in total and countless variants, because every image is personalized and individualized.  Next to the inspection date it shows the address contact details of the dealer. So that nothing stands in the way of making an appointment. An offer that over 55% of recipients took up. Read Less
