Tekka is a best kept secret in San Francisco, chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his ingredients with him daily to his restaurant that seats 9 people. Only 18 people are served a day. This menu reflects the chef’s idea of exclusivity and simplicity. A hand drawn logo of a fish, the staple of Japanese sushi, is the lead image set with a subtle orange. It is screen printed on the menu cover that shows an attention to detail that is equal to Chef Nobu’s style.
