Eco-Designed Furniture

Designed as an eco-friendly furniture with minimal processing that reduces unnecessary manufacturing processes, this furniture can be assembled using only straps without any tools.

불필요한 제조 공정을 줄이고 최소한의 가공으로 가구를 제작할 수 있는 친환경 디자인으로 공구 없이 스트랩으로만 가구 조립이 가능하도록 제작

OPO=DESK

The parts can be assembled into a desk, and the top and bottom panels are structurally robust enough to support each other. The straps provide additional stability, and are also applied as a design detail.

파츠를 통해 책상으로 조립할 수 있으며, 상판과 하판은 구조적으로 서로 견고하게 지탱하고, 스트랩을 통해 고정력을 높이며 디테일 요소로 적용

OPO=HANGER

The structure of the top and bottom panels can be assembled into a hanger, with the bottom panel serving as a shelf, and the straps securely fixing the parts and also serving as a hanger for clothes.

상, 하판의 새로운 구조를 통해 행거로 조립 가능하며, 하판은 선반의 역할을 수행하고, 스트랩은 파츠를 고정해주며, 옷걸이로 활용할 수 있도록 설계

PROCESS

To analyze the strap assembly structure, the shape and structure were designed through prototype mock-ups, and a solid assembly structure was derived through detailed measurement of dimensions through test work of fixing force according to the thickness of the plywood.

스트랩 조립 구조 분석을 위한 프로토타입 목업을 진행하여 형태와 구조를 확인하였으며, 합판 두께에 따른 고정력 테스트 작업으로 디테일한 치수 측정을 통해 견고한 조립 구조를 설계
