The house was designed for a four-member family and covers a total of 130sq.m.
The plan of this house takes advantage of the natural beauty and the open view of the plot, which is located on the mountainside among walnut and chestnut trees.
The main design concept was to follow the fundamental principles of local traditional architecture combining them with minimal lines and modern design forms.
The social life of the family occupies the basement. There we can find also the master bedroom.Two bedrooms for the small children are located in the second floor.
The feeling of the wooden roof in the living room combined with the fireplace and the sliding metal frame glass doors, which allow the visual and functional continuation of the
interior with the exterior, create a unique sense of armony and comfort for the owners.
The main structural materials are concrete, local stone and wood.
