Creating a recruitment video for the University of Louisiana Monroe College of Pharmacy involved a multi-step process that involved research, planning, filming, and editing.

My first step in this process was to conduct research on the college of pharmacy, its programs, and the target audience for the video. This information was used to develop a concept and script for the video.

Next identifed and schedule interviews with students, professors, and the dean of the college. These interviews were conducted to gather testimonials and insight into what makes the college of pharmacy unique and attractive to prospective students.

After the interviews, I shot b-roll footage to supplement the interviews and add visual interest to the video. This included footage of the campus, students in class or lab settings, and other relevant visuals.

Once all of the footage was gathered, I began editing process. This involved selecting the most compelling sound bites and visuals, and arranging them in a way that tells a cohesive story about the college of pharmacy. Music and graphics were also added to enhance the video.

The final step in the process was to distribute the video to prospective students through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and the college's website. This video serves as an important tool for recruiting new students and showcasing the strengths of the college of pharmacy.
