Background:
Batiste Hair is a popular haircare brand for its dry shampoo products. As part of the rebranding globally, the Australia website needed to be updated to reflect the new brand identity. The client had a clear vision of what they wanted their website to look like, based on the global website https://www.batistehair.co.uk/ but they needed assistance with turning the Australian website into a localised and functional wireframe.

Approach:
The website is redesigned with a focus on user friendliness, easy navigation as well as showcasing the dry shampoo's product range, providing useful content on how to use the products and feature customer testimonials to build brand credibility.

My role as a UI Designer was to:
- Understand their needs, goals and preferences for the new website.
- Deep dive into Batiste's new brand guidelines, colour scheme, typography to ensure the consistency across the AU website versus the main UK website.
- Ideation for a visually appealing, easy-to-use and clean website.
- Design wireframes for the website, including homepage, products, how to use, ask Alex, where to buy and contact pages.
- Throughout the process, collaborate with developer to ensure that the design is technically feasible, easy to build and manage through WordPress.
- Ensure the website is responsive and compatible with different devices.
- Provide digital assets to developer and work closely with client to update content on the website via WordPress.
