Se plantea una reforma para un antiguo hotel ubicado en la costa de la ciudad, con vistas al mar. Este hotel había sido construido en diferentes etapas y no seguía una lógica de diseño coherente. Por lo tanto, se decidió dejar la estructura portante de hormigón al descubierto, y se reparó para modernizar y unificar criterios de proyecto en todo el hotel. Se agregaron las zonas requeridas por el cliente, además de un quincho y una terraza mirador con vistas a la ciudad y el mar. Cabe destacar que el paisajismo fue trabajado en conjunto como parte integral del proyecto, con el fin de entregar un producto mejor terminado y mejor inserto en el tejido urbano.
A reform is proposed for an old hotel located on the coast of the city, with sea views. This hotel was built in different stages and did not follow a coherent design logic. Therefore, it was decided to leave the concrete supporting structure exposed and repair it to modernize and unify project criteria throughout the hotel. The areas required by the client were added, as well as a barbecue area and a viewpoint terrace with views of the city and the sea. It is worth noting that landscaping was worked on together as an integral part of the project, in order to deliver a better finished product and better integrated into the urban fabric.
