Weekend Comms
The unification of all the BUs has been done with the Livspace app and now that we have the tech setup, we will start communications to retain and engage with our existing customers.
As a part of the SOP, we will send pushes, emailers, and WhatsApps on the weekend for Livspace Store and Livspace Services, considering the chances of people exploring products over the weekend are higher.
We’ll be using the slot of Saturdays and Sundays, and the comms will have emailers & WhatsApps.
In terms of visual approach the language has to be very playful and premium.
