Welcome! This is a conceptual web portfolio design for a character named Aífe Baslavi, a web developer somewhere from this world, I think. The name Aífe was suggested by a random name generator and the information included in Aífe's portfolio were invented with the help of ai. My thoughts
I haven't had this much fun designing in a while. I always find myself enjoying the most when creating web portfolios. In fact, this is the first time I was able to successfully create an original design without wireframing. I already had an idea of the overall design in my head, I just needed to actualize it. There are a couple of things that set this apart from my last web portfolio design. Aside from the colors, typography, and overall design, this is a one-page and scroll-only interaction website. Ola's portfolio, the first fictional character I designed a web portfolio for, used lorem ipsum and had lots of interactions. This portfolio, Aífe's, is straightforward and friendly. It also does not feature any lorem ipsum fillers. Instead, I used an ai tool to generate information such as skills and experience. I had to tweak a few things to make it feel human, but aside from that, most of the information was generated by chatgpt - which is really mind-blowing. It helped in making this project feel more real by adding information that you might just see on a real web developer's portfolio. I'm really happy with how this turned out.
