It is the most essential step of grinding, where the Kibble Turmeric particles are fed through a rotory air lock valve to the Rathi Air Classifying Mill.

The Roter Hammer Setup and Classifying Mill operate at different and variable RPMs which can be tweaked and controlled to obtain the degree of fineness of the Turmeric. 

The Classifier eliminates the coarser particles which are immediately redirected to achieve the required fineness.  This ensures a minimal fine grind with minimum temperature rise in the product. Thus, the natural taste, color, and aroma of Turmeric are maintained. 

 

The conveying air and the fine particles are then separated through the separator.

These fine particles are efficiently collected in the dust collector and discharged via the Rotary Air Lock Valve.
