The brief:
When delivery partner of McDonald’s in Azerbaijan Wolt began to provide services at night, McDonald’s was faced with the task of communicating McDelivery services at night. Communication had to stand out among many other similar communications and be overlooked by the target audience.McDelivery is known by the working adults in Azerbaijan, yet it is not top of mind as an option for the lunch orders. The communication had to build emotional connection for lunch orders through McDelivery along with rational reasons like safety and speed.
Strategy:
We decided to give them the idea that when they are looking for good food for their lunch break, with McDelivery they are just around the corner.
Application:
We decided to show that when you’re hungry, everything in the office reminds you of McDonald’s.
