Homemade Nun Chucks

To start making the nun chucks I stained the wood to give it a nicer darker tone of wood. I used a dark oak stain.
While waiting for the stain to dry I went on to cut and burn the paracord I was going to use to attach the nun chucks. I had to burn the ends so the cord wasn't frayed and would make it much easier to feed through the eye screws and to tie together.
The stain had finally finished so it was time for me to screw in the eye screws so the paracord had somewhere to attach to.
Finally, I used the cut and burned paracord to tie the two wooden dowels together. I used knots that are very strong so the nun chucks can actually survive when being used for their intended purpose.
