The 7 chakras are an ancient system of energy centers located in the human body. Each chakra is associated with different physical, emotional, and spiritual qualities. To bring awareness to this system, a series of seven typographic posters were created, one for each chakra. The posters featured bold, colorful typography and geometric shapes that visually represented the qualities of each chakra.

The first poster focused on the root chakra, which is located at the base of the spine and represents grounding and stability. The second poster focused on the sacral chakra, located in the lower abdomen, which is associated with creativity and sexuality. The third poster was for the solar plexus chakra, located in the stomach area, which represents personal power and confidence.

Moving up the body, the fourth poster focused on the heart chakra, located in the chest, which represents love and compassion. The fifth poster was for the throat chakra, which is associated with communication and self-expression. The sixth poster focused on the third eye chakra, located in the forehead, which represents intuition and spiritual awareness. Finally, the seventh poster was for the crown chakra, located at the top of the head, which represents connection to the divine.

Building on the success of the poster series, a book was created as an extension of the concept. The book delved deeper into each chakra, providing information and exercises for readers to connect with and balance their energy centers. The book featured beautiful typography, illustrations, and diagrams that helped to visually represent the concepts discussed.

The typographic posters and accompanying book successfully brings awareness to the 7 chakras and helped readers to connect with their own energy centers.
