Campaign: Fraud Awareness (Cybersecurity)
//Introduction
This campaign's primary objective was to raise awareness about cybersecurity issues, particularly the dangers of oversharing and hinting at passwords and credentials in everyday scenarios. The campaign aimed to educate the audience about phishing attacks, promote cyber safety, and emphasize the risks associated with password sharing.
//Project Description
In a world where digital connectivity is integral to our lives, the Vodafone Fraud Awareness Campaign sought to address the growing threat of cyberattacks. Through creative storytelling and compelling visuals, we crafted a series of everyday scenarios that demonstrated the subtle yet dangerous habits of oversharing sensitive information. By highlighting these scenarios, we aimed to engage and educate our audience on the importance of safeguarding their personal and financial data.
//Key Objectives
Phishing Awareness: To inform users about the tactics used by cybercriminals, particularly phishing, and how to recognize and avoid phishing attempts.
Promote Cyber Safety: To provide practical tips and best practices for staying safe online.
Risk Understanding: To help users understand the real-world risks associated with casually sharing password-related information.
//Campaign Highlights
Storytelling: We employed storytelling techniques to create relatable scenarios, making it easier for the audience to grasp the importance of cybersecurity.

Holiday-Themed Phishing Posters and Emailers
//Objective
As part of the Vodafone Fraud Awareness Campaign, we recognized the heightened risk of cyberattacks during the holiday season, particularly in December. With employees beginning to log off and go on leave, it was crucial to remind them of the cybersecurity threats they might encounter during their vacations. To achieve this, we designed a series of holiday-themed phishing posters and emailers.
//Design Concept
Embracing the festive spirit of December, our creative team incorporated iconic holiday imagery, such as Santa Claus on his sleigh and his trusty reindeer, into the designs. This approach not only captured attention but also served as a friendly and relatable reminder of the need to stay vigilant against cyber threats, even during the holiday season.
//Content Highlights
Phishing Alerts: The posters and emailers prominently featured alerts about phishing attempts and the importance of verifying the authenticity of emails and links, especially during the holiday rush.
Holiday Greetings: To maintain a festive atmosphere, we included warm holiday greetings while subtly incorporating cybersecurity messaging.
Practical Tips: Each emailer contained practical tips for employees to follow, such as updating passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and being cautious about opening email attachments or clicking on unfamiliar links.
//Visual Appeal
Our team ensured that the designs were visually appealing, blending holiday aesthetics with bold, attention-grabbing elements that conveyed the seriousness of the cybersecurity message.

WhatsApp Creative: Exploring the Threats and Solutions
//Objective
As part of the Vodafone Fraud Awareness Campaign, we aimed to educate users about the threats associated with communication platforms like WhatsApp and promote Vodafone's Cyber Code. Our creative approach involved presenting these critical concepts in a comic-style format.
//Concept
To make the messaging both relatable and attention-grabbing, we crafted a scenario that depicted how hackers could potentially exploit WhatsApp accounts. This comic-style narrative illustrated the process of a hack, from initial compromise to potential consequences, all while highlighting the urgent need for cybersecurity awareness.
//Key Highlights
Visual Storytelling: The comic-style format allowed us to visually narrate the story of a hacking attempt, making it engaging and easy to follow.
Awareness of Threats: The creative emphasized the various threats involved in online communication, including unauthorized access and data breaches.
Promotion of Vodafone Cyber Code: We integrated Vodafone's Cyber Code as a central theme, encouraging users to adopt safe online practices.
Emergency Helpline: The creative prominently displayed Vodafone's national helpline number for reporting data breaches or security risks, ensuring users had immediate access to support.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): The solution to the highlighted threats was presented through the suggestion of enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added security.
