Je vous présente QEURASIA, un projet de chaise qui puise son inspiration dans le mobilier asiatique, en particulier le mobilier chinois, ainsi que dans le mobilier scandinave réinterprété de manière minimaliste et contemporaine. La structure de l'assise est en hêtre et le dossier est en cuir. Le dossier en cuir s'enroule sur la partie avant du dossier et une "incision" est prévue dans l'assise pour y faire passer la partie en cuir. Avec une section de 30x30mm, cette assise sera légère et résistante, pesant idéalement moins de 5 kg. En ce qui concerne le choix du bois, j'ai envisagé du hêtre, mais une option en bouleau serait également envisageable.

I present to you QEURASIA, a chair project inspired by Asian furniture, particularly Chinese, and Scandinavian furniture reinterpreted in a minimalist and contemporary Western style. The seat structure is made of beech wood, and the backrest is made of leather. The leather part of the backrest wraps around the front part of the backrest, and there is also an "incision" in the seat to accommodate the leather part. With a section of 30x30mm, the seat will be both lightweight and sturdy, ideally weighing less than 5kg. As for the choice of wood, I have considered beech, but birch is also an option to be considered.
