I'd started quite a few site maps, wire frames and web-site mock ups in the past few weeks and am finally getting around to updating and placing them onto my Behance portfolio after receiving the go ahead from my professor once the tweaking process completed.  The first of my undertakings was the Neuticles website.  It's fairly generic and bland currently.  In my design, I had wanted to give the site a more personal touch.  Something I felt that would better gel with pet owners and give them a feeling of home, yet keeping it professional.  The easiest way I found to do this was to incorporate some of my illustrations into the background of the site pages as well as use a dog bone image as the menu tabs.  The website, as it is currently can be viewed at: http://neuticles.com/

This was the original concept for the wireframe, but the large bone that our pouch below is dreaming of ended up being discarded in the final mock up.  However, the smaller bones still remain and so I could still use the dog eluding to him dreaming of a bone (or in the final case, several bones).  What follows after are all wire frame mocks followed by the completed website mock up - all done in InDesign CS6.
I can't just let the dog have all of the fun.  This cat illustration is based off of my sister's cat: Pinwheel.
Also, an another image of Pinwheel.
I had to use this image for the media page.  It gives the illusion that our cat is looking at the videos.
From this page to the very end are the website mock-ups.  Notice the distinctions of the bone tabs that are all in a straight row.  The jQuery slideshow now runs from end to end - taking over the entire middle page. Also, on pages that follow, I added navigation pages if the user entered a content rich page, they could simply navigate by clicking next, or go back by clicking previous.  The photo on the landing page is solely used for this project and not intended for license infringement.  It's a stock image found on Google just as the banner ads are.  All other images that follow are from the actual Neuticles site.
