There is power in connecting different sides that point us in the same direction. When different creative profiles have the same goal in mind, the result can only be one. Achieving the DNA of a new venture.

With three decades of experience in the business, a keen eye for talent, and a deep understanding of the industry, Carolina de Castellvi finally decided to launch her own independent talent management agency. So she needed help turning her vision into a tangible identity for her project.

That’s where FETISH Studio came in. Working closely with her, we created a brand personality and tone of voice for Crush that perfectly captured the agency’s ethos: It is fresh but powerful, new but with a lot of knowledge, impactful and charming, and a rule-breaker with an avant-garde vision.

We developed the name and logotype, social media and newsletter assets, media kits and other brand materials like a Business Plan Deck.

The first challenge of the project was to create a name that perfectly captured the agency's mission to discover and develop new talent. The solution: CRUSH – a simple and catchy name that is both memorable and exciting. The tagline "We all have crushes" adds an aspirational touch that speaks to the agency's values.

The name Crush has a double meaning – it refers to the intense feelings of attraction and admiration we can have for someone or something. It also refers to the agency's ability to spot and develop the next big thing in the talent industry. All in all, it's a powerful concept, both fun and aspirational, that captures the excitement and potential of the industry, showcasing an incredible range of talent that leaves no one indifferent.

the LOGO
The logo design is equally compelling, with an elegant serif that blends contemporary and classic vibes. The modern side reflects the contemporary and refreshing attributes of the name, while the classic side represents the many years of experience of founder Carolina. The logo also exudes a romantic essence, subtly alluding to the idea of falling in love (and having a crush) with new talent. It embodies a visual link between the name and the agency's mission.
