A Halfway é um sistema HRIS. Uma solução de software que mantém, gerencia e processa informações detalhadas sobre funcionários, além de políticas e procedimentos relacionados a recursos humanos. Como um sistema interativo de gerenciamento de informações, a Halfway padroniza tarefas e processos de recursos humanos (RH), facilitando a manutenção de registros e relatórios precisos.
Conceito
A ideia era trazer o sentido de avanço, crescimento e processo. Visualmente, busquei por algo que lembrasse um gráfico como os que usuários da plataforma veriam no dashboard ou uma senoide simbolizando uma transmissão de dados.
Desde o início queria trazer a sensação de que o símbolo se move, que é feito para ser ativo, vivo. Isso vem do próprio posicionamento da marca, da ideia de que a Halfway centraliza seus feitos em ajudar pessoas a serem melhores no que fazem.
"Muito além dos dados", é sobre o trajeto que essas pessoas percorrem e como a Halfway estará lá como auxílio. Por isso um símbolo que represente a trajetória, porque a Halfway se propõe não só a apontar o destino final, mas a estar com as pessoas durante o percurso até lá.

Concept
The idea was to bring the sense of advancement, growth and process. Visually, I looked for something that resembled a graph like the ones users of the platform would see on the dashboard or a sine wave symbolizing a data transmission.
From the beginning, I wanted to convey the feeling that the symbol moves, that it is made to be active, alive. This comes from the brand positioning itself, from the idea that Halfway centralizes its accomplishments in helping people to be better at what they do.
"Far beyond the data" is about the journey these people take and how Halfway will be there to help. Therefore, a symbol that represents the trajectory, because Halfway proposes not only to point out the final destination, but to be with people during the journey there.
