AEP Campaign for The Villages Health

Located in Central Florida across three counties, The Villages is a master-planned community for active adults who are 55 years old and older. To serve that population, The Villages Health is specifically designed to fit an active lifestyle, with nine locations, shorter wait times and longer appointments with doctors.

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is an important marketing opportunity for most health care companies. It’s the time period when people 65 and older are eligible to sign up for Medicare. And for The Villages Health, it’s a chance to acquire new patients.

The Villages Health asked our team to run a campaign for AEP that targeted all eligible candidates for Medicare with focus in two major areas: scheduling a tour and signing up for a Medicare class at one of the facilities. We implemented circle graphics to evoke a feeling of harmony and community. All ad materials drove to a comprehensive landing page that both educated prospects and funneled them to schedule a tour or register for a class.
