Máqvina is an open space for music creativity within the heart of Monterrey´s downtown: Barrio Antiguo.
It offers a platform for multidisciplinary explorations and fun with friends.
For the concept I tried to reorganize and simplify iconic elements that become naturally within the spaces.
I also created a style guide which includes communication strategies aimed to activate social networks, attract new clients and reinforce the particular qualities that make the place unique.
As it comes as one perfect place for the cultural revenue in the city, my ambition was to create something simple that would suit other kind of activities and duties for the spaces in a near future.
The plan is to make this place a meeting point for a specific scene in the city, involving music, showcases, audiovisual projects, contemporary art and media art.
