Warsaw VIBE

We had the pleasure to work closely with Pig Architekci, to deliver stunning visualisations of the Vibe complex - a new office building that will soon grace the Towarowa street in Warsaw. The developer, Ghelamco, plans to build a two-stage complex, with the lower building being 45 meters tall, set to be completed by 2024.

The higher tower, on the other hand, will be 95 meters tall and will probably be finished two years later. Additionally, the complex will also have a mini-park and a pavilion that will be home to a wine bar and art gallery.

The Vibe complex will have twelve floors, with a total surface area of 15,000 sqm. All floors, except for the ground floor, will be occupied by offices, employing around one thousand people. Even though the Vibe will not be as spectacular in size as some of Ghelamco's previous projects, such as Warsaw Spire, Warsaw Unit or The Warsaw Hub, it has a unique feature that sets it apart - sound.

The Ghelamco team invited a composer, Wojtek Urbanski, to work on the sonic branding of the building. Inspired by the musical motifs, the project was adapted to fit the building's new sound identity, which will include a dedicated piece of music for each space, synchronized with its look. The result is a building that incorporates both sound and visuals, making it a unique and immersive experience.

The Vibe complex will also pay homage to the Wola district and its history by using dark brown, red, and steel - colors inspired by the old railway wagons, which used to be a common sight in the area. The project was also modified to include cascading shapes and terraces, interwoven with greenery, and offering a variety of services and gastronomy options on the ground floor to ensure that it doesn't become a dead space after 5 pm.

We are proud to have contributed to the visualization of this innovative and breathtaking project, and we can't wait to see it come to life and enrich Warsaw's skyline.
