This project concerns the creation of a semi-accommodation space, hotel type in the area of Chania, specifically in Tabakaria, Halepa, on Vyvilaki Street. The existing shell had the use of an Industrial plant warehouse which was active in the tannery sector, 70 years ago. The total area of the space amounts to 93 square meters, net surface area, outside spaces and warehouses/lofts are excluded. A key design objective was to preserve the character of the industrial area in which the plant's cement-clad buildings make up the majority.
