A ideia surgiu de exercícios que ando fazendo, daí veio a ideia de juntar tudo em um vídeo que formasse um loop viciante.
A ideia acabou sendo mudada um pouco no After mas nada muito diferente do storyboard.
The idea came from exercises I've been doing, and then came the idea of putting everything together in a video that formed an addictive loop.
The idea ended up being changed a little in After but nothing very different from the storyboard.

Ilustrar ainda é um pouco difícil para mim, mas nada que uma boa e velha prática resolva!
Illustrating is still a bit difficult for me, but nothing a good old-fashioned practice can fix!
